Attitude Arcade Shipping & Delivery Information
 

  • Most products ship within 3 business days. For products that require a longer ship time, this information is provided on the page where that specific product is selected and added to the shopping cart.
  • The shipping time provided for each product is an estimate. If there will be any unusual delay in shipping, customer will be notified by email or phone.

  • Delivery time by "Standard Shipping" (within the United States) after shipment will be 1 - 5 business days, depending upon customer's location. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • If "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day Air" shipping is selected, delivery will be made 1 or 2 business days after shipment. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Note: UPS deliveries will not be made on Saturday
  • Delivery time (outside the United States) after shipment will usually be 5 - 10 business days, depending upon customer's location. Most International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Delivery is very reliable, but occasionally, there are long delays.  Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Any additional customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some orders will require multiple shipments, so items may arrive at different times.

  • An order confirmation with all details is emailed at the time that the order is processed online and shipping information with tracking numbers is emailed after items are shipped.

  • Please proofread the email address provided to us on the order form for accuracy. If you are using an email filter which may block our emails, please check "bulk or trash" folders for information about your order.

  • For any inquires regarding existing orders, please use the email form on our contact page.  Please provide your name and your order ID number or your zip code. Customer emails are heavily monitored and a reply will be sent as soon as pertinent information becomes available, usually within 24 hours.
