Important Note: Many of our products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Customers in other countries may email us for shipping status of specific products. Please provide the name and item number of the products that you would like to order.

How do I place an order with Attitude Arcade?
Our online ordering system is very simple to use. You may process your order with a credit/debit card online or provide us with your payment in several other ways. Please see the Ordering Page for complete details. 

Do you provide sizing information for apparel?
Yes. Size charts are provided for most items. Sizes will vary for the various brands. Please click on the Size Chart link provided on the details page for the specific product that you want to order. 

How do I get a catalog for your products?
We do not offer a print catalog. Products change often, so it would be impossible to keep up to date. All of our products are shown on our website and these are updated regularly. 

How soon will my order be shipped?
Most products ship within 2-3 business days. For products that require a longer ship time, this information is provided on the page where that specific product is selected and added to the shopping cart. The shipping time provided for each product is an estimate. If there will be any unusual delay in shipping, customer will be notified by email or phone.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for delivery to me?
Delivery time by "Standard Shipping" within the United States is 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. Specific delivery time for many of our products is shown on the product detail pages. Some orders will require multiple shipments from different locations, so items will arrive separately at different times. During the checkout process, you may request "2nd Day" or "Next Day" shipping. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends, so please calculate time accordingly. Many of our products can be shipped the same day, some will take 2-3 days or longer to leave the warehouse. This information is located on the product page for most of our products. If your order is extremely time sensitive, we suggest that you email to get specific information about when it will be delivered. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Unreceived merchandise/Shorted order - Claims for unreceived merchandise must be made within 30 days of expected arrival date. Tracking information is sent to all customers if available. Please check your spam folder if you have not received this from us.  In many instances it is very difficult or even impossible to locate a lost shipment after more than 30 days have passed. This is especially true with international shipments.  In addition, if you are shorted an item in your shipment, we must be informed within 14 days.  Many of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer and they will not allow us file a claim if too much time has passed.  Please inspect all orders for completeness upon receipt!

How can I determine the status of my order?
Shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. Method of shipment with tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be provided. If multiple shipments are required, there will be separate emails for each shipment. If you would like to check status on your order please submit an inquiry using the email form  Please include your name and order number.  

What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by credit card or paypal.  If necessary a check can also be mailed although we cannot process your order until the check is received and clears. 

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges for each order are calculated automatically according to the items ordered and the shipping method that you choose. Our webste features a Shipping Calculator which will appear below the order summary on your shopping cart page. This tool is very quick and easy to use and will allow you to see the shipping charges for your order before advancing to the checkout page. Occasionally shipping costs will be higher than calculated. In these cases the customer will be contacted via email to approve the additional charges before the order is shipped. Any additional charges applied to International shipments (customs, duties, etc.) are out of our control and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. Defective claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Returns for other reasons other than defects may be returned for replacement within 30 days of order receipt. Please use our RMA Request Form to request a return authorization. Your return authorization will give the proper return address and any specific instructions for proper processing of your return. Please do not send any merchandise to our office address. Doing so will result in shipping charges to return items to the warehouse(s) deducted from your credit.

No returns of any type will be processed without a Return Goods Authorization Number.

Items that are returned for size exchange will be credited back through the same method that was used for payment. Customer must place a new order for the correct size.

Please do not refuse shipment on an order without contacting us first. Doing this oftentimes routes the package back to our office. If shipment is refused, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in getting the item(s) back to the correct warehouse.

All returned items must be in original unused condition.

All items must be returned with original packaging (ie box, plastic bag etc..) with all tags still attached. Items returned without packaging/tags will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you at your expense.

A 10%-15% restocking charge will apply to some returns. Please email if you would like to know if the item you are ordering will be subject to this charge.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Free shipping - For items that include free shipping- since free shipping is included in the price of the item the shipping charge to you will be deducted from your refund.

Customized products are nonrefundable.

Note: All LogoArt jewelry items are made to order and cannot be returned for any reason other than "defective" .

What is your order cancellation policy?

As long as your order has not shipped and we are able to stop it, cancellation of your order can be accepted. Any items that require special order from the manufacturer may not be cancelled after the manufacturer has made shipment. Shipping costs and any restocking fees accessed by the manufacturer will be the responsibility of the customer.
